. .... and the fire station. Would be a nightmare on match days as there is only one road out of the area through the traffic lights at Harvard Way joining Peel Way and Bolton Street. Cannot imagine the scenario on a Day match day if there was an incident requiring police and fire brigade. |  | | |

I work in the LGC building mentioned on that website on the business park, the landlord who owns the land (all of it) would not sell to us, the rent alone for our building is 200k a year, God knows what it would be for a football ground!
To the naked eye in the state the empty land is in at the moment it looks nowhere near big enough for a football ground, however could be after a clean up, I'm not sure. Also traffic would be an absolute nightmare, huge changes would need to be made to the road layout as at the minute it's a nightmare when our place closes, never mind when 3000 people are trying to get away at the same time. |  |

You only need to look closer at the Directors to realise they are

Either no value in the Co's they are Directors of, or even worse
large negative worth.
