Yes, but doesn't take into account the player's circumstances. Used to work for Southampton FC in their community programme, and hence played for AFC Totton. Now changed jobs and working in a similar role for Man Utd. Needs somewhere local to play, hence signs for the Bootlegs.
Probably could play a couple of leagues higher, but looking at the trips involved in National League North (Boston, Brackley, Blyth, Gloucester, etc) the NWCL is probably more sensible for someone who has a full time job.

They’d need someone who will be able to oversee a clear, detailed plan, maybe one with a unique catchphrase to bring together supporters so that they’re all pulling in the same direction when hosting games. It would require an individual with experience of planning such events, for example, a music festival locally.
