tomorrow can't come quick enough 14:17 - Oct 16 with 2263403 views | batman | Not for us, but for Bury. i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged only Wednesday this week. looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

This is about a player from a National League club who was just on loan at a team in the National League North. In terms of the gap in divisions that is the equivalent of a National League club asking after a player who's just been on loan at a Championship club from a Premier League club.

You obviously haven’t heard that thousands of players are ringing their manager to beg him to sign them. Why have ambitions to play for anyone else now the bootleg buckets have arrived on the scene?

Yes, but doesn't take into account the player's circumstances. Used to work for Southampton FC in their community programme, and hence played for AFC Totton. Now changed jobs and working in a similar role for Man Utd. Needs somewhere local to play, hence signs for the Bootlegs. Probably could play a couple of leagues higher, but looking at the trips involved in National League North (Boston, Brackley, Blyth, Gloucester, etc) the NWCL is probably more sensible for someone who has a full time job. A sensible signing for both club and player...

If you click through, the player they're discussing in those tweets is Jack Earing who is currently under contract at Halifax not the lad they've just signed from Totton.

Although I see the tweet has been deleted now, but that's who they were discussing, not the lad who has just signed.

Fair enough. Wouldn't have thought they'd have the funds to sign anyone full time...

tomorrow can't come quick enough on 21:37 - Aug 10 by kel | They’ve had to create another one due to dummy spits, James. They are so MASSIVE they had to set up an actual company that has since been dissolved because the bills haven’t been paid (I know). Talk about delusions of grandeur ffs. The new one is uptheshakers.co.uk but I only glance at it occasionally to see when a certain someone signs up to it having had a dummy spit saying he won’t. |
Pretty much the only reason I signed up....it must be imminent. Yeah, the old MB closed down due to a fallout involving the directors of this company they set up. John could've had an argument on an empty forum so no real surprise it came to that.

If it’s not within the week, I’ll be staggered. Risby has always been a grade A bellend and I remember seeing him tell someone he would ban them if they replied to him during a minor argument. They therefore replied and they were gone. My personal favourite though was when the mong board went to members only and he threatened Dale fans with a ‘denial of service attack’ if we tried to log in as existing bury fans on there. Takes himself far too seriously that one. Martinez is a cock too but that’s for another day. The best thing to happen to AFC was them two deciding not to get involved as it would have been all about them as usual. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

I'd be surprised if AFC would have ever got off the ground with those in charge. Too divisive and confrontational. It certainly would've been very different.

I see the Isle Of Man played last night. Small report on Granada Reports. AFC Bucket town are the same level I think they need to do some catching up as IOM look ready to go. Seriously if AFC bury gives the lads and lasses somewhere to go at a level that they are more suited to ( depths of Non League ) then I wish them well and hope everybody has a great time on a brand new ride. More tea cups than roller coaster that probably suits bury better. AFC bury just need somebody now with a basic grip of math's and they can crack on free of the deluded chancers that they allowed control 6 /7 years ago.
tomorrow can't come quick enough on 09:41 - Aug 18 with 3856 views | kel | This one has them signing all the best non league cloggers EVER until they go pro (easy as that). Even better is that he knows their crowd income before they’ve even had a game. They’ll never change but can never understand why people think they’re bellends. “ Whilst in principal i agree with the team ethic i am also sure half way through the season we will have signed and lost several players the turn around at this level is massive we will continue to get the cream of the crop till we go pro Believe me i bet were paying tier 7 wages I remember speaking to sum1 who we will not mention said our fan base and income was a national league level ”
tomorrow can't come quick enough on 09:43 - Aug 18 with 3843 views | Hopwoodblue | How long before there’s a large Saudi family interested with a take over bid ? With them being such a big fish in a very small pond. Don’t think that was their last ride, some people never learn. 🤣

"Meanwhile, organisers of events that are likely to attract a crowd will need to put forward a "named person or persons with responsibility for ensuring adherence with these guidelines and ensuring the facility is Covid-19 secure". They would also need to publish a risk assessment limiting the number of spectators, and assist with the NHS Test and Trace scheme by collecting information from spectators."

Named person? They’d need someone who will be able to oversee a clear, detailed plan, maybe one with a unique catchphrase to bring together supporters so that they’re all pulling in the same direction when hosting games. It would require an individual with experience of planning such events, for example, a music festival locally. Nomination: Stewart Day.

"Fans will need to abide by social distancing rules, and spectator groups must be restricted to "discrete six-person gathering limits". " SD1 would need a sidekick. One with six fingers on each hand to facilitate the above requirement. That should be easy enough...

That would probably mean they would have to be able to write. So there’s already a problem if you ask me. Positives... they would be able to count up to twelve using both hands, but then that also means they would have to be able to count and as we always use to see they have a problem with numbers especially when it involves how many bUry fans are attending the game.

As handcuff lady is celebrating the 1 year anniversary of her failed stunt by doing the same again this week, maybe the first 150 bootleg buckets to also handcuff themselves to giggle to show their devotion should get first dibs on tickets?

Apparently they were due to play Atherton in a friendly, but have been unable to get a team together.
