Sorry I don't know how to reply without quoting somebody. We've gone into fell meltdown over the last couple of days. Some behaviour I can excuse or try and justify, other behaviour I can't. We're now at the stage where I genuinely can't. I generally have no idea what's going on anymore. A casket has also arrived, as ordered by Joy. I do hope Netflix are lurking.
