Not for us, but for Bury. i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged only Wednesday this week. looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

Ouch indeed. What will happen logistically if they’re thrown out of the EFL? Presumably only 3 teams will be relegated from L1, and the usual 4 will come up from L2, but then does that mean 3 teams will come up from the National League? Otherwise L2 will be one team short.
If I remember rightly when a similar thing happened to Stockport the conference refused to accept them and they were shunted down even further.
As much as this news has always been coming and I’m glad the EFL have finally seen sense, the majority of Bury fans have my sincere sympathy right now.

The EFL are seeing sense at last. It came to my attention recently that they have advised all member clubs not to send advance tickets to bury for their travelling fans as it's common knowledge the host club would not receive their monies due. I'm not sure a club has ever sunk any lower.

I can't think straight right now, but if you relegated just one team from League Two and promoted the same number would that work or would there be implications below Conference? It's been a long week, brains not working properly.
Definitely looks like "the ride" has come to an end and I'd like to say it was enjoyable, but it hasn't been particularly. For all the money we spent, we only had one season (last) where we were any good and that team (not squad), was probably one of the cheapest. (although, granted, still unsustainable).

What on Earth is there to be jealous of? Have you ever come across a set of more obnoxious , self-righteous morons in your life?
Here's 5 things NOT to be jealous about though:
1. A truly awful ground. 2. Evicted from a training ground they could never afford. 3. A couple of FA Cups (won long before any current fans, grandparents were even alive) 4. Thrown out of said FA Cup for cheating ;) 5. About to be thrown out of The EFL... For cheating
