tomorrow can't come quick enough 14:17 - Oct 16 with 2263270 viewsbatman

Not for us, but for Bury.
i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto
BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged
only Wednesday this week.
looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

Is Dawson injured?
No Neil Danns either.
Beavis played but no sign of Butthead.
And Sam Hart playing for Blackburn.

Is Beavis Mugabi the brother of Robert?

Is it true that some buckets turned up at a ROCHDALE friendly last night when their own team was playing?

Now that’s #obsessed.

And they were allegedly trying to cause trouble.

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

So that's potentially two weeks from tomorrow, meaning they could start the season and then be thrown out a week later?

It’s a good job that Rochdale mean nothing to them or imagine what could have happened.

Aye, and if their first game is at home and the SAG deny them a safety certificate...

If it isn't resolved by the 3rd August I can't imagine they'll be allowed to play the MK Dons game. Imagine if Mk won 5-0 then had to have the result expunged!

Its a BRILLIANT goal to cap a BRILLIANT start by Rochdale - Don Goodman 26/08/10

I agree but in that case, why didn't the EFL give them 7 days instead of 14?

Only hearsay, but have read elsewhere that there were no stewards at last nights game, nor any food outlets open. Perhaps this has prompted the release of the statement?

There's always that get-out though, "to further extend the deadline"......so they can fart about a bit longer.

Give them a firm deadline to sort the job out. No-one wants to be the one that pulls the rug on the Old Girl.

On GiggLane, they mentioned that there weren't any facilities open so that's a fact.

We all know the deadline will just keep getting extended by the EFL. They don't have the balls to kick a team out of the league. The only people that will stop the fixtures are the safety group.

Probably can't get a supplier on credit terms.

Wonder about the legal requirement for stewarding. We had em at Spotland for the Joey T testimonial - I would have thought bury v Blackburn would have a statutory requirement for stringent crowd safety?

I'd fooking gladly do it... It's about time the EFL stop fannying around and grew a set and just bombed them out of the league, everyone's sick to death of listening to their sob stories and how hard done to they've been, how they've been conned..blah blah blah

No mention of stewards but the floodlights were working - probably at the expense of kits for the subs, reading this:

Most gross thing I have seen at a football match

One of the subs wanted to come on but didn’t have a shirt

So he borrowed Kay’s which had 80 minutes of sweat on it

As far as I'm aware under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act and similar legislation you must have stewards, a crowd doctor, an ambulance and all sorts of other stuff.
Failure to provide these would be in breach of the safety certificate. Simple as.

Have they any more home friendlies?

Some mates* and myself are planning on attending, wearing high viz vests, hard hats and safety boots, and carrying clipboards

Does "all sorts of other stuff" include the requirement to provide food? Or is that discretionary?
