Not for us, but for Bury. i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged only Wednesday this week. looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

Not entirely sure, but reading some threads on their site, they seem to be implying that admin was their previous 'get-out of jail card'.
On the Bury Wikipedia page the references cited in relation to a comment about administration, don't appear to mention the club actually went in to it. Sorry unable to post the links

As Sudden Lad stated, a second administration should incur a higher than 12 points deduction. Rotherham lost 17 points for going into administration twice.

Thank you, strange how they don't use those pages as the citations for administration. The fact that for over 17 years they have been taking the pi55 is shocking.

I think the rules about the 2nd administration were brought in after their last spell in admin. That might save them from a heavier penalty if it doesn't take into account offences prior to that rule.

But as we've seen with the recent awarding of a 1-0 win to Brentford for their fixture with Bolton, the EFL can take their own rulebook and use it for whatever purposes suit them at the time. With that in mind, not handing down a far more stringent penalty for a second administration would be a further insult to all clubs trying to remain solvent
EFL Board Meeting today will apparently have Bury on their agenda...presumably to argue about how much blame they are willing to shoulder for not knowing in advance that SD1 was a bullsh*t merchant.

I notice that the prospective buyer of Huddersfield Town (who is purchasing 75% of Dean Hoyle's shares in the club) is in danger of failing the EFL's fit and proper person criteria because he was found betting whilst on the board at Southport. The EFL are quick enough to clamp down on this guy whilst allowing SD1 free rein for years!

I expect kel will have a field day with this.
"Bury FC may be wound up on June 19th over £277,640".
And the rest?
Fair play to the fella who managed to plug his book twice in six minutes though. Only sentence that resonated with me was "we need to learn these lessons", but they promptly ruined it by promising any prospective new owner that they'd be forever in their debt (more like "forever in debt"...) and would be hailed as a messiah, which is exactly what got them into trouble in the first place!
Needed a bit of Coldplay at the beginning like the Comic Relief videos. 6/10.

As a slight aside, one of my Goldbond customers also supports the bury lottery and often has no one call from the bucket rats for up to 8 weeks. He gets a bit fed up having to save it up for the agent.
We still have a club to save. Please try get down tonight if you can. Some big decisions will be put forward by Forever Bury in order for us to starve off the threat of non existence. #TogetherAsOne#BuryFCpic.twitter.com/p6kguaWGE6
