The opening poster is correct, we played like a bunch of strangers- no suprise there then!
How many times did we see two players challenging for the same ball, or a pass into a space where unfortunately no one was running.
Couldn't really take any positives from last night, but don't want to be too critical of the players.
The worrying thing is we look very unbalanced and woefully short of midfielders, which they dominated. I know he has his critics but Angel would have walked into that side last night and improved us, pity he won't just take the 60% pay cut and come back, but Oyston will probably just do what he did to GTF and reduce the offering still further. |  |
