Well by now, many of you will have given out your initial supply of vouchers that were given out to supporters at the Wycombe game last weekend. And if that's the case, then club are being quick to point out that extra books of vouchers can be collected from the club.
The club have already had to order extra supplies of the Voucher book and are reporting brisk trade, with a steady number of people visiting Spotland this week to pick up extra books.
It would appear that there are several people who are bringing between double figures in terms of number of fans, as competition hots up to see who will be our Super Fan for 2008.
But with this competition in mind, we've come up with a way in which you can boost the number of supporters that you're bringing to the game on Saturday.
Simply give them a ring or drop them a text, and ask them if they want any vouchers for any of their mates. You could find that if you're bringing five people with you to Spotland, those five could possibly recruit another five with them. If you can get each voucher user to drag a mate along, then you're immediately doubling the number of vouchers that you're distributing.
And if the new supporters enjoys the game around many of his friends, then more importantly, he's more likely to come back for the next game.
We're sick of averaging 2,500 home fans. Let's give this a big effort and see if we can push that average up to 3,000.
