Dale striker Ian Henderson has signed a new one year contract to stay at Spotland, [insert goat emoji here]
Hendo turns 40 in January but more than proved he can still do a job at this level last season with 11 goals in 41 games and the news today has been brilliantly received online and quite rightly so.
Our all time leading goalscorer has 147 goals in 434 appearances (our second highest appearance maker behind Gary Jones) in two spells at the club and goes into his testimonial season with the club announcing there will be a number of events to celebrate our number 40.
