Woking’s first visit to the Crown Oil Arena on Tuesday evening will be refereed by MICHAEL BARLOW.
The Bolton-based official is in his second full season as a National List official, having been promoted to the group midway through the 2021/22 campaign.
His first appointment at this level was Solihull Moors v Dover and after refereeing six National League games in what remained of that season, he took charge of 18 fifth tier fixtures last term.
This season has seen Mr Barlow oversee 14 National League matches, including Dale’s 2-1 home defeat to Chesterfield in September, Woking’s 2-0 win at Hartlepool earlier that month and their 1-1 home draw with the same opposition just four weeks ago.
He also refereed Marine v Harrogate in the first round of the FA Cup and Fleetwood v Leicester City U21 in the EFL Trophy.
Those appointments have brought 52 yellow cards and three red cards
