Refwatch: Carlisle United v Rochdale

Adam Herczeg will referee Dale for the second time when we travel up the M6 to Carlisle on Saturday.

The County Durham official is in his first season on the National List, but in April he was appointed to our
home game versus Walsall as a precursor to his promotion at the end of the season.

That season concluded with Mr Herczeg refereeing the remarkable National League play-off semi-final
between Wrexham and Grimsby, which The Mariners won 5-4 with a goal in the 119th minute!

Adam started this campaign with Salford v Mansfield and has also refereed Stevenage v Stockport and
Grimsby v Crewe (Carabao Cup). On Tuesday he was due at Burton v Leicester in the Papa John’s Trophy.
His first three games yielded eight yellow cards and one red.
