Installing a winning mentality is what he said he would do, anyone else would have been sacked a long time ago.

They have to realise that crackpot idea's are just that. Sensible leadership is what is needed in the Senedd, we deserve better.

I hope he stays, there's no truth in a new manager bounce.

🔴 Likely candidates for the Swans job
at 08:19 12 Mar 2025

Sheehan is in a no win situation in my opinion. If he gets a tune out of the squad, as he has up until now. What incentive is there for the club to strengthen the squad if he was to take the job full time. We seem as a club to be lacking any ambition and forward planning. Will they see Sheehan as a safe bet to tread water with minimum spending. As a coach he and we supporters will obviously want much more, does the club share the same ambition. If not why did the recent ownership structure take place, it's time to make promises and back them up.

I would say Plaid propping up Welsh Labour hasn't helped their cause.

I'm off on a tangent here, but if we didn't get the Whittaker money would we have removed Williams and had the benifit of Sheehan.

Reform seem to have more momentum than Plaid have ever had, it does make you wonder why that is.

In your opinion, is the Senedd increasing the number of AMs a waste of money.

The M5 can be a pain, but you can now go from there to a couple from miles from Penzance on a straight road with no roundabouts. The infrastructure improvements down there, finished last year are fantastic. We could learn a lot, roundabouts are the problem from Swansea westward, imagine if these were removed and replaced with slip roads. Welsh tourism and infrastructure could learn a lot from Cornwall, that's without things like the Eden Project.

Infrastructure is definitely an issue. I weekend in West Wales 7 or 8 times a year leaving by 10 on the Friday and have no issues. On the Saturday I often ask the late arrivals how long they took and most are saying they are reducing the number of times they visit because of the traffic.

It would be unfair to judge Piroe under Duff. Everyone knew he was leaving and playing well within himself. But 2 goals in 4 competitive appearances was still a decent return.

Jamie Patterson was on the bench for Coventry yesterday, should we have tried to keep him.

I just hope that those paying for advertising on the big screen above the ticket office generate more income than potential match day tickets. Basic marketing, advertise a product you are trying to sell, particularly at the point of sale.

I fully understand where you are coming from and many justifiably feel the same way. Once supporters get out of the habit of attending games it's very hard to get them back, people find other things to do. Looking at the number of season ticket holders not turning up our sales for next season will be extremely low. Supporters going to 10 games a season will not change that. The damage the owners have done over the last 8 or so seasons (manager choice is part of it) is not reversible under their current business model. Good football and a winning team will not be enough, just ask anyone not going if it would be enough to buy a season ticket. Keith has highlighted clubs before that have had loss leading seasons to tempt supporters back, we will need to go down that route too get momentum going again. Selective marketing will boost the odd gate, but long term attendances will need a much more inventive approach.

I'm not knocking anyone for their choice, but how many on here actually attend every home game. Then we need to ask those who don't what it would take to get them through the turnstiles, if anything.

Swans gates down massively, Ospreys gates down massively. How much is it the product and how much is it the people in Swansea no longer wish to attend sporting events live. Both sets of matches available through streaming, are we just armchair supporters.
