I know it is a matter of opinions and I would never criticise someone having one, but the critism of Varane is surprising
He was everywhere tonight and I thought he had a terrific game, just shows you what I know
Thought that was easily our best performance for a long time, after a shakey start we played some lovely football, and thinking about it, can't really say anyone was not a 6+ to a 7 tonight.
March on paper looks a really tough month, but honestly I'm not fearing any of those games, if a big if, we do well, it could define our season, alot to be excited about really |

Well.... if someone told me I'm the first 25 mins we would be 2 up at half time... I think I would have thought they were mad
Derby were far the stronger, the faster, and were all over us. We were right up against it. They are a big physical side and we're bullying us everywhere
Then a bit of Chair magic... and it was pure magic, the curl on that shot was sublime.
And then it just changed. We found some rhythm and some cohesion and got a second. Poor bit of keeping by the keeper, pushing it straight to Saito but a lovely cool finish
Saito for me is in danger of becoming a legend... the lad is everywhere, and we must make sure we can keep him... love the lad
Frey also having a good game, and that snap shot was fantastic. Varane also having a decent game.
So we need now to just keep a clean sheet and be the perfect night. Was saying to my nephew that Derby were us in October ... not playing badly, but concede a worldly, then a mistake, and the game is uphill.... |

Just got in my seat and seen the team.... OK that be nice to see if yang lives up to his hype
Have to be honest, personally I could have done without Eustace managing them tonight.... new manager bounce, only played against us 2 games ago... this as going t!ts up big time
Hoping for a win, disappointed if it is a draw.... gutted if we lose..... but can see it being a draw

Said last night on the thread at half time they were the championship answer to Aresenal.
Think the powers to be have to visit this, because with all the holding, shirt pulling etc, one day it is going to explode, and have a royal punch up like ice hockey, or worse a serious injury.
We can change the goal kick rule so why not change the corner rule, perhaps limit the amount of players allowed in the six yard box, or make the obstruction of a keeper policed more. |

Pretty sure Marti would be the happier of the 2 managers, purely by the fact we are away.
Pretty average first half, they look dangerous at corners, we don't look dangerous at all. Playing some nice stuff but no real danger
Think Colback as been our best player, as been everywhere
All in all keep it tight for 15 mins and we must be the fresher team after a weekend off.... not beyond the realms of possibility nicking this |

Play Chair at 10 does Marti want a bit more bite in the holding 2?
They have lost 2 in a row, so what the odds we can make that 3....
