He proved it when he played up front with piroe. In terms of goals per minutes that season he was one of the best in the league.

Gyokeres was absolutely terrible for us. The fact he’s kicked on since doesn’t change that fact.

If you think the post was inappropriate then feel free to use the report feature and let the moderators judge. It’s what it’s there for. I know what context it was meant in and will happily argue my case with them.

You also have the option to block me.

I will leave it there. I was always told not to argue with an idiot because they’ll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Corbyn was a populist too. “For the many, not the few” is about as populist a slogan as you will ever find. Farage will get nowhere near the 40% Corbyn achieved.

What word? Anal? As in anal retentive? Childlike? Obsessed with details that do not matter?

I believe it was the correct word to use to describe you based on all available evidence.

Interesting you jumped to the other meaning of the word though. Very interesting.

Was watching the “no tippy tappy footbal” podcast with Sam allardyce and Chris Coleman and both of them were saying Margetson is the best gk coach in the game.

If he doesn’t think someone is good enough I’d trust him.

The media are playing into reforms hands. We saw in America and to a lesser extent during brexit that the media and general establishment creating a narrative that portrays millions of people as racist scumbags often galvanises the vote.

Its right that these individuals are identified and called out but they don’t seem to be going after the wrong ‘uns in the other parties with such vigour.

Would an actor be willing to make himself headline news as a massive racist and potentially even face criminal charges for his art or a few quid?

I would suggest not although actors can be a bit mental.

He needs to be playing with/alongside someone. Piroe couldn’t speak highly enough of him. We will never play two up front though.

Biden received more votes than any other president in history.

Let that sink in for a moment..:

It is quite undignified to watch two old senior citizens with a combined age of over 16 decades bicker and squabble like children.

If the judge had believed in actual justice instead of “rehabilitation” the lad would still be alive now.

Biden will get the anyone but Trump vote which is why he was parachuted in in the first place. So he’ll probably win again.

It’s crazy though that people are only now waking up to the fact he’s not up for the job. He wasn’t up to it four years ago. He was very fortunate he could do all of his campaigning at home in front of a computer screen due to covid restrictions. He’s like a walking cadaver.

Tymon isn’t going to play every minute of 46 games (+cup games). We don’t have any other left backs.

Yes but to just move everything to the midlands just for the sake of it seems a bit pointless to me. And what about history? Tradition? Westminster has always been the site of Parliament barring a few temporary jaunts elsewhere during times of strife. The Curia Regis met there, as did the Witanagemot during the later days of Saxon England under the king who tied to turn back the tides whose name is a swear word on here and Ed the Confessor.

Westminster hall has survived nearly a thousand years, pretty much every major historical figure in our islands history, both the famous and infamous has walked under that roof. Do we just bulldoze it and build flats?

I don’t think it’s viable to move the Houses of Parliament to the midlands. All the ministries are in Whitehall, Downing Street, the treasury, all the infrastructure of government and all the people who work there will need to be moved too.

The buildings and their location is absolutely not the issue. It’s the people inside them that are the problem.

They absolutely do deserve it. It’ll be worth staying up til the early hours of July 5th just to see the look on their faces live as it happens.

Countries protected their thousands of miles long border for hundreds of years. Try smuggling yourself into Australia, Russia or China illegally and see how long you’re there before you’re booted out.
