Comfortable FA Cup Win Norwich Sends Leeds to the Sixth Round

After the anxiety fest of the last round, this was pretty much plain sailing once we’d taken control of the game in the first half, we ended up comfortable winners in this FA Cup tie at home to Norwich City. Now for the 6th round, for the first time since 2003.

The last time Swansea City played Portsmouth at Fratton Park it was a very cold New Years Day in 2025 on the south coast, and the Swans lost 4-0. As I write this account of what would be up there in my top 3 most scariest trips to a football match, it is funny to think that exactly 50 years ago to the minutes, I was sat on a football special train somewhere between Southampton and Bradford.
