What's really got me these past few months (years??) is how when we're in bad form, as now, the opposition can pass, dribble and stroll around all our players - each and every last bastard one - looking like prime Barcelona, while in the same match we can't even make more than 3 forward passes in a row without giving it straight to the oppo / touchline or shitting the bed in some other creative way.

I mean, we're playing on the same size pitch as the same number of players (if indeed not even one less). Tonight was fukcing pathetic from front to back, defensively and going forwards. Albeit with the caveat that Frey isn't fit and was pressed into service where we'd obviously rather let him recover

Need to have a real go against Leeds and then try and recharge for the last set of games. 9 to go, we probably need to win 3. What a weird season to even be saying that after surging up the table. A team defeated by not having a single striker actually fit for weeks on end and 2 main midfielders out. Have to address the striker thing at the end of the season. In the meantime we simply have to grind out some points with some of the teams below us starting to pick up a few wins. 16th place is once again in our sights. I feel an open top bus parade on its way.

Another limp performance and defeat. This team hit the beach as soon as it reached mid-table. Some players appear to be under the illusion that our Championship status for next season is assured. With Derby and Luton both winning, the gap to the bottom 3 is down to 9 points. This team needs to start picking up points soon (draws even) or it could see itself dragged back into a relegation battle.
