He joined them the end of the window not at the beginning of the season and had a slight injury from the Brighton pre season tour so wasn't on the bench to start. We then had two international breaks before he was injured. But let's not let facts get in the way of complete BS.

Replied to the wrong post.

In his time at Hull injured or not he has been second choice. At Swansea injured or not he was undisputed first choice. He did not b need to prove himself at Swansea. He was automatic pick. At Hull he has to force his way into the first team. So far ge has failed.

How can you be second choice when injured.

He was " pencilled in" as no 2. The manager favoured the Croatian guy. He got injured as number 2 and recovered as number 2.

Congreve has got game time as he went early in the window and did not need to force anyone out of the Bromley team.

Swansea told Brighton in f he comes to Swansea he will be no 1. First choice if fit at all times. Fisher might play well in his place but is leading n the bench when Rushy is fit..

How on earth has he failed, he's played the last 2 games under Selles since being fit

You post on here how many times he's been on the bench since October, and the games

You give it out, you take it back it`s all part of the game

I was going to answer this but Another John has done so better than I could a few posts above this.

He doesn’t have the basics to perform at this level in any position. He may of course improve at Orient but he was never going to do that here imo.

He's certainly not going to improve playing in the wrong position.

Like I said, I hope you're all right and this isn't yet another one that comes back around to bite us on the arse in a year or two.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

I agree with everything you say but maintain his basic skillset is lacking. It may improve playing in the role he’s comfortable at a lower level and in a less stressful environment, if LO can be deemed as such.

He will. He is an athletic version of DeGuzman. He is a ball carrier like DGM was. Good tough and strong on the ball. He does not fit The William Martin model of notional pinpoint passing which the players cannot do consistently or at all on the weekend .

Gyorkeres
Al Hamadi
Whitaker
Obafemi
Joseph
Abdullai

None of them fitted the Swansea passing mantra they cannot play. A mistake.

Interesting post.

None of these players are Swansea boys.

So you are saying we identified these players from elsewhere and recruited them even though they were not suited to our playing style.
Then - fast forward a few years - we release these same players for not being able to fit into our playing style.

Brilliant.

Good for us.
Good for him.
Now, we’ve got a bit more £ to play with which may allow us to get Low over the line which is a must in my opinion.

Williams says there was no room for him in midfield and that is why he was put on the wing. He is not a speed merchant but a powerful strong midfield runner.

Swansea midfielder do not run much Grimes Fulton Allen. They are static passers and after 4: seasons of dull football I was hoping Azeem would help change. The only player who ran at Cardiff's big centre backs was Darling and they was the most exciting part of the game.

The club is in a tactical Cul de sac constantly looking to the transfer market for external inspiration. ( Quick fix)

There's been plenty of opportunities to play him in his favoured centre mid. Not just this season but last season too. I really don't get it

Rushworth has barely played a game since leaving Swansea. Like Cundle..

Like Cundle??

Since he left us, he's played in 43 matches - 40 in the league!!

Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎

Typical Resloven getting it wrong again, Rushworth was ruled out fir 3 months injured, as soon as fit started for Hull.

Reports this morning Brighton are going to recall him

Listening to the commentator on Hull v QPR. He made an observation about Rushworth, saying ...

"Rushworth looks like a young keeper who is under severe pressure, whenever a cross or corner comes into the box."

My narrative is Brighton made a mistake in sending him to Hull and Brighton agree. He was fit happy number 1 and loved by the coaches and fans. Now he has to start all over again.
New club new goal keeping coach new fans on his case.

He has only gone back because Steele is having an operation and will be out for a couple of months.

Facts Facts I don't know

It was a disastrous loan to Hull. They tried too late to keep him and he only started two games . Brighton made a mistake sending him there. They thought Hull would be pushing for promotion.

I do not know where the Cundle quote came from? A senior moment as I was aware the was at Stoke for a while.
