QPR legend Don Shanks is the guest on this week’s Open All R’s Podcast ahead of his New York Marathon effort this weekend, raising money for his former team mate Stan Bowles.

Shanks will run the marathon this Sunday at the age of 66 to raise money for the ongoing care of Stan, who is suffering with Alzheimer’s. You can sponsor him by clicking here.
