FA Youth Cup - QPR 5-3 Bristol City Wednesday, 10th Dec 2008 21:57 A hat trick from Josh Parker gave QPR an impressive win in the FA Youth Cup Third Round against Bristol City at Loftus Road - as the Young R's comeback from three nil down. After a quiet first half which ended goaless, a mad six munites for the R's began just before the hour and before they knew it, Bristol City were three nil up, with goals from Wilkinson, Stambolziev and Lennox. Despite this, the Young R's kept plugging away and reduced the deficit on 72 minutes with a goal from Antonio German and it was game on just a minute later as Josh Parker made the score 2-3. A sensational comeback was complete on 79 minutes as Josh Parker got his second which levelled the scores and ultimately, sent the game into extra time. Rangers kept their momentum going and seven minutes into the first period, they were finally in front with Josh Parker hitting a sublime shot into the top corner to complete his hat-trick. Antonio German got his second of the game and Rangers fifth, after a one two with Nanetti, to send the Young R's safely into round four of the competition.
