In the late 70s and early 80s i used to travel by train from my home in Eastbourne to all the home games and many away games.Never once did i get delayed on the trains. It never crossed my mind that i wouldnt get to a match because of rail problems it just never happened.I remember going to Swansea away in September 1979. Eastbourne to London then on the football special train to Swansea and back great days oh how society is now so crap |

I would like to know in the history of QPR have we ever lost to a side in the relegation zone when we played them by this score or more, ever before,or is this a record defeat for QPR to a club in the relegation zone when we played them.Need the club historian to inform me |

This faking injury buisness in the last part of games should immediatly be taken in hand by the football authorities.I went to Eastbourne Borough vs Billericay yesterday.Billericay were 2/1 up at half time in a must win game for them.Eastbourne came out firing in the 2nd half and it was onslaught on the Billericay goal.Half an hour before the end the disruption of the game started.Billericay players collapsing around the pitch every 5 mins with so called injuries. The trouble is it worked and knocked Eastbourne right out of their stride. The first half was brilliant. The last half hour of the match became virtually unwatchable with the play acting. If this is the future of football i will be attending less games. |

Hells Bells i agree with you i gave Barbet our best player and i gave referee the same mark as you amazing.Felt the ref gave a few decisions for the home side but was overall decent 6 mins extra time fair.McCallum in for Wallace debatable.Spent most of the time at QPR injured.I used to watch Stan Bowles being kicked from pillar to post in the 70s still be fit for the next game |

Throughout the history of football, attendences were always printed in papers and announced.Since covid it is one of the mysteries of modern day football just why clubs attendences arent made public like they were |

I agree get rid of this 5 subs thing just slowing the game up even more.Mind you dont think it will happen, the only way you can change things is to have demonstrations like fans did over the super league. So unless fans demonstrate over having 5 subs i think we are going to be lumbered with it |
| News Comment | Very QPR indeed - Report at 16:25:01
Yes the 5 subs thing does my head in.Like the game needs slowing up anymore.Bet it dosnt change though they have already said they are going to keep it for the Euro finals. |

Someones mentioned why Willock and Adomah wernt used, thats because they arent very good thats why.Checked on the player ratings on what fans have given the referee and his rating is 6.8.Not sure what people expect from a referee i cant remember him making a wrong decision i gave him a 9.Just goes to show you how ever good a ref can be they never get appreciated by alot of fans.To only be on 6.8 must mean some fans must of given him 5, its beyond me |
| News Comment | Gordon Jago: Leading from the front — Column at 16:31:45
I was born in Eastbourne and the 1960s was Eastbourne Uniteds most successful years.I used to watch Eastbourne United in the 1960s and they also had Ron Greenwood at one time as manager aswell as Gordon Jago.In fact i first saw QPR in a pre season friendly at Eastbourne United in August 1972.Also i still occasionly watch Eastbourne United aswell as QPR when obviously football is on for spectators |

Maybe the time has come to risk starting Charlie Kelman alongside Dykes.Hopefully his pace might draw defenders away from Dykes to give him more openings.I also rated about 5 players lower than Cameron.Basically yes Cameron made mistakes and gave the ball away but he didnt hide in the game. His name was mentioned alot and he got involved i also thought he didnt deserve to be the lowest rated player.Anyone else noticed Sky commentator kept calling Dom Ball Carroll after he had replaced him. |

Seemed to remember last year when we beat Luton 3-2 we played them off the park in the first 30 mins and raced into a 3-0 lead but Luton came back to score 2.But that is the difference then we had Wells,Hugill and Eze.Now we are a bit powder puff and when we dominate we havnt got the class of those players to put us in a 3-0 lead when we are on top |
| News Comment | Different story, same outcome — Report at 22:18:02
Not only do we miss Ryan Mannings corners but also his attacking crosses,we have lost that option.Been watching a few Eastbourne Borough games live on you tube and our loanee left back Kai Innocent has been outstanding for them.Eastbourne Borough love him and he is an attack minded player,he does look good at this level whether he can step up 4 levels is another thing. |

Everyone in football goes on about keeping clean sheets.Sod the clean sheets if we are going to draw against a team i would much rather watch a 3-3 draw for my £10.If we won every game 4-3 you wouldnt find me moaning about our defence i would be more than happy about being entertained and winning.Football would be so much better with the Kevin Keegan attitude of management as long as we score more goals than the opposition thats all that counts |

Watch the QPR goals of the season to see how good BOS and Eze were before the lockdown. Are we sure we have the same players playing for us or are they lookalikes that have turned up in their place since the lockdown |

I am a big Mark Warburton fan but as soon as I saw the team sheet with Wallace and Manning together I thought oh no why.It hasn't worked in the other games they have been together. What kind of idiot shouts at Hugill go back to West Ham one of our best players I despair |
