Our population has increased tremendously since 2001

2011 63 million
2021 68 million
How on earth can and government be it labour or conservation build a city the size of London over 20 years.
Unfortunately unlimited migration, be it legal or illegal puts huge strain on our infrastructure including NHS, education and housing.

They sent a huge force to capture Kyev including all their special forces which captured Kyev's air bases. Unfortunately they did not expect any resistance and when they reached the outskirts only 24 km from the centre they suffered very heavy tank losses. They Russians were so confident they did not support the tanks with soldiers, artillery or air cover.
They made a hasty confused retreat all the way back to Belarus with heavy tank casualties, abandoned tanks and equipment due to lack of fuel.
The special forces had to surrender due to no support. The Russian Generals in charge of this disaster were sacked. |

Starmer has said he is going to recruit 5000 extra HMRC tax avoidance investigators. It will cost to £1.4 billion over the next 5 years so hopefully the extra investigators can collect more than they cost. One word of warning with all this extra staff they will now also go after people who sell stuff on ebay, Gumtree, Ebay, Vinted. |

Not as big an own goal as Putin made by invading Ukraine. His special operation was supposed to capture Kiev in a month.
Over 2 and half years later over 100,000 Russian dead another 400,000 injured.

Most of the £75 millon cost went on paying wages to keep people in jobs. I wonder how much found its way back into the government coffers through income tax, Ni and VAT.
A huge boost to tourisms and foriegn visitors spending their money in hotels, restaurants etc.

Hospitals have not been starved of funds record funding every year.
The only privatisation of the NHS occurred under the Labour government where the new GPS contracts resulted in GPs being considered as contractors to the NHS. This has been further endorsed by Reeves who exclude the NHS from the recent NI increases but she has imposed them on GPS.
The other privatisation Blair did was to build hospitals under the Private Finance Initiative where private companies build and funded new hospitals with a guaranteed 15% return on capital for 25 years.
This was not purely to keep borrowing off the government books. Government borrowing rates at the time was 4%. |

Swansea city already have discounted match day tickets . They range from full price £34 to £27 for less attractive marches.
They also offer kids for £1 and also bring a friend for £5.
Not sure how much more discount they can offer. |

Still promoting rubbish. Their are more drug addcts in the UK living in their own homes. The relatively few drug addicts living on the street are due to getting in arrears with their rent or mortgage. |
