The Swansea LDP are also planning numerous houses in the Llansamlet area without improving the infrastructure. As well as strategic planning a Park and Ride for 350+ cars behind Llansamlet railway station and surgery. |

Went tonight and was on a high coming out of the ground.
Until I got to my car by Cwm Level Park and finds the side window smashed.
Wish I had not gone now. |

Okay, just spoken to Virginmedia technical in India!!!
Problem is too many people connected to the street box. Fix date is 19th July, believe that when I see it.
Speed is now less than 1Mb, cannot do anything about it  |

Power levels are fine, they have been checked.
Supposed to be receiving a discount next month but what is the point? Probably one or two devices using the internet at the same time in the house, so not really sucking the bandwidth out of it.
Pity there are no cable engineers on here

So no one else has had this problem with Virginmedia?
Right then, I'm using a wired connection from the router to both PC's in the house, wireless is worse.
Using Speedtest gives an average of about 5Mb download.
Spoken to Virginmedia numerous times, they cannot just flick a switch. This over utilization problem is all over the country with them, just look at the Virginmedia forums.
Is there anyone else that can confirm that they are getting a constant speed on BT infinity? Virginmedia have broken the contract due to not supplying the speed that I am paying for, so am thinking about BT. |

Been a few months now and getting crxp speeds on a 70Mb line with Virginmedia. Lucky if I'm having a 5MB download most of the time, been told by an engineer who came out to fix it, but left without doing nothing, that it is down to over utilization (too many people connected to the street box). Couple of months before they even look at that. This is in the Llansamlet area. Anyone else had the same problem?
Wondering if BT would give a more stable speed on their fibre broadband, seems a comparable price. |

I paid the £50 deposit in March last year for if and when a season ticket would become available if the Liberty Stadium was expanded.
Decided yesterday to send an email off to the ticket office just on the off chance to see if there were any available for my 9 year old. had a phone call back to say that there were seats available in the upper and lower tiers of the South stand.
So I am moving from my single seat in the East stand(excellent seat but sat in the middle of some right idiots) to sit alongside my daughter in the South stand. There were quite a few seats available in the South stand this morning, so laid claim to two very good ones. Must say , I was very happy with the way that it was handled and very happy to move into the family stand.
I also had the email this afternoon about moving into the South due to the deposit I had paid 15 months ago |
