The allocation is 1500... Which will all sell. And given the Rs record on the road of recent years, slightly amazed many brave away days The team has been a joy to watch this year, from a footballing POV... Can't remember when I was last looking to see what opportunities I have to get to watch them.... Obviously, Leeds would take 76,054 to BCFC... They're massive, don't you know |

And good turn out from the Rs. Less than 100 tickets left of 1500 as of yesterday pm when I hot three. Even though official site still says 100 left |

It's that time old argument about whether this is a results lead business or a form of entertainment. I am firmly in the latter category. So, to the contrary, I would say there will be some dire games this aeasinnit boy, it would be great if we continue to be entertained as we have been so far this season And, yes, I am one of the more mature fans hankerig after the Rangers of old... And we may just be getting that back. Actually looking forward o games and rescheduling my free the so I can watch this team. Last time that happened was when Adel et al gave this division a footballing lesson Early days. But loving it ao far |

And getting back to playing the rangers way... With the ball on the floor |

Part of the transition surely must also include sticking with MW , come what may. Along with Lee and Led appointing a successor who plays the same style, should MW be sacked or enticed away... That is when the DOF model will really be shown to be working? |

I am not sure this is possible without running into issues with the tax man. Stamp duty would be perceived as being dodged on the lower sale and HMR would pursue the balance at the very least In addition, I am fairly sure they could not have valued the site at £40 million and paid 80. That would have reduced stamp duty plus the 40 that wasn't part of the valuation would be seen aa the chairman putting £40 million into the club. It would be similar to you selling your house to your kids for a pound to evade inheritance tax. And similarly, even if you gibe your house to your kids (to avoid inheritance tax under seven year rule) you have to pay the market rent for the property if you hntinue to live in it. So it would prudent of the EFL and/or the inland revenue to check that DCFC are aging a market rent??? Otherwise, this is just the chairman pumping money into the club It at least, this is how I think it is |

'Rinse and repeat every three years' I am no expert but the small issue of Stamp duty and and quite possibly suggestions of tax evasion, should MM sell back he stadium for next to nothing? |

I may be wrong but thought the rules we feel foul of lasted one season before being changed But in all honesty, i would be aghast if we were trying to get around the rules, as I am far happier that the club is being run more sensibly now, with the caveat that it doesn't go aa badly wrong as the 'fritting away' years. Would be far happier seeing the lub sustainable even if that comes with rare or no appearances in the premier. That doesn't sound very ambitious, given our recent history, it is quite a tall order IMO |

This can be only a ruse to get him in as a player. I can't imagine anyone putting his name forward as someone who has the potential to be a first team coach. Or even for the U11s. Far too many other obvious candidates if you were looking to get a rookie coach, with potential, who could also be a play Just relieved it isn't QPR for a change and Villa, Forest and Derby all to keen to step up to challenge for badly managed clubs |

Second that, coupled with MW words about the squad, how they choose to recruit, or not Ie in Chair's case and hearing that Ryan has , for the moment made him first choice all seems encouraging. Clive's insight on the podcast, to the possibility of players last year feeling secure in their position and possibly one of the reasons for a sweep out if the cobwebs, is another reason for optimism... Players having to put in 100â„… if they want to maintain a starting position, is another Yet my main reason for optimism, and hoping for a modicum of success, is MW preferred style if jeoing the ball mainly on the floor, or what I grew up expecting from Rangers sides Fingers crossed but surely an intriguing season ahead |

While each season seems to bring more uncertainty, as far as the Rs are concerned, I am sure I can't be alone in looking forward to the return of you writing so insightfully and amusingly about the club and whichever division we are in, and with such consistency With your work cut out more than ever, by what's some feel is a Warburton conspiracy, it is comforting to know that at least we will have the pleasure of your take on what, at times, will be 90 minutes that we have had to endure on the pitch While intrigued about the new season, I am so relieved and grateful that you are, again, taking the time to write so eloquently about the Rs. Thank you, Clive |

Hi FMR My youngest who is a very promising sportsman was diagnosed 12 months ago, aged 11. Thought his sporting future was over but not so... see Stephen Redgrave or Gary Mabbutt He was playing for WBA development squad at the time and Matt Winton helped me speak to the right people in the club to see if he could be a mascot (to cheer him up while in ICU). So there are downsides when you end up being a mascot at our worst game in his lifetime He has gone on to spend the last 12 months with Gloucester Primary Schools setting a record in England for the only team at that age group to win every competition While i would say it is relatively easy, compared to the past, to manage nowadays, it is in part down to your son taking personal responsibility. Things can go wrong when they dont but as yet, nothing catastrophic for mine Have pm'ed you with my phone number if you ever would like to chat more about it or have any questions though i hope you get as great a service from your NHS as he/we did at Gloucester All the best to him and your family but rest assured , it isnt as grave as you fear [Post edited 14 Jul 2019 12:20]

This is a vital point. It is not just the value to the club of youth coming through to first team or even being sold, but it will help make QPR a better proposition if the parents/ kids see the club as a better chance of progression into the pro game No idea if Ramsey will be here once his contract is up, but I would think he is another vital cog, given the record he has had of getting players through the ranks at Spuds |

Perhaps a consequence of getting the youngsters to express themselves. Often the youth games are full of this sort of thing and i have always found quite good entertainment on QPR Player |
