Calm down lads, soft red card but M'Vila did nothing (except run the middle of the park ) |

I'd imagine you's are disappointed. You'd be mental to go for Moyes over Rodgers. |

Was very poor in my opinion. I'd be disappointed if we didn't take at least double down for the reverse fixture, perhaps even triple. |

We've been heavily linked recently; looks a good prospect. |

Haha, 'opposition fans see what they want to see' -- 'it was never a pen' - we are all guilty of it. We love our clubs and we always have red and white (or for you all white) spectacles on. Lens is a real talent, if we had a couple more like him and M'Vila we'd be fine. As you say, Defoe will always get goals, but he is just not a lone striker, wouldnt be suprised to see him leave before the deadline tbh. I agree with the left back comment too haha, coming to the point where we may have to give up on van Aanholt, which is a shame as hes one of only a few with any pace. |

Probably agree with this to be honest. The frustrating thing is we have many factors of successful club locked down. Big new stadium, brilliant training facilities, big fanbase who are passionate and loyal. Yet we still languish in the depths of the league, circling the plug hole. |

Without wanting to sound arrogant like our lovely neighbours up the road. When it comes to the size and prestige of our respective clubs, theres no real competition. Saying that, thats about all we have going for us compared to you lot at the moment. |

While the free tickets thing is a common myth, would that even be a bad thing? Just like you lot giving subsidised away tickets/travel. |

Wouldn't bother getting wound up about some on there. A lot cling on to the fact we are a big club as if it will solve all our problems. Think that any fanbase who don't have our numbers or travel in our numbers are beneath us. I for one would rather have a successful team personally. By all means criticise us, but be factually correct mate; O'Shea was better than average; Wes Brown is our 5th choice central defender these days; we aren't pinning our hopes on Watmore, he was voted player of the season in the U21s last year and was the best player at the U20 tournament in the summer, with our current problems we want him given a chance; I wish Fletcher was a quarter as talent as Ibrahimovic, he is a big part of our problem the lazy Scottish prick. After that, I'm out. You're right, its an embarrassment that we pay our team more than you lot, shows us everything wrong with how we've been run the past few years. As an aside, I'll tell you now, the majority of our fans are very jealous of the structure of your club. Would love us to follow a similar blueprint. |

Ayew looks a real talent, didnt think he was anything flash at all today though...needs to sort his diving out as well, sure Steve the Pirate will have a word. |

Brilliant striker. Must say I was suprised when yous signed him. He'd been linked with the scum, and his rumoured wage was mental, so I wasn't expecting much. But since Bony left, he's been very impressive. Everything you want in a striker, and everything we so badly need. As an aside, what a striker Bony is. One of the best striking performances I've seen live was him in the 1-3 season before last, final game of the season. Then again, Marvin f*cking Emnes looked good that day; proves we can make anyone look like world beaters. |

Aye, not many are sure. Needs to be some serious work in the next week and a half if we are going to stand a chance. Enjoy seeing other fans views to be honest. Personally think you's will be around 9th. |

He does banned from most of the pubs/clubs in Middlesbrough. |

Cant change his past discipline, but he has been sent off 1 in two seasons, he's matured a lot. And as for the 'cant pass, cant defend' comment, thats what I was talking about how other teams fans dont have a clue about him and judge him on his past. He's far from perfect, but he's a lot better than what people give him credit for. When the likes of Ryan Mason, Tom Cleverley and f*cking Jack Colback are getting a call up, he should be in the frame. Just as talented, and offers something more than the sidewards, dont dare to play a through ball, beige-ness of them. |

Lens was better than them today...in no way am I saying hes better than them generally. I think once the fans got behind us, we were on top, although yous always looked good on the counter, for which I think a draw was a fair result |
| Forum Reply | The real embarrassment... at 19:20 22 Aug 2015
Fair assesment, I agree Lens was lucky. Unfortunate for you as well, because he changed the game for us after that. But I'll take the luck hahaha, although I'm sure had the roles been switched I'd have been lambasting it. |
| Forum Reply | The real embarrassment... at 19:18 22 Aug 2015
You can have him mate. Decent player of course, but cannot play in the lone striker role what so ever, and is unhappy t be shunted out wide (fair enough) added to that hes 32 and on 70k, think we'd be delighted to get him off the wage bill |
