I thought before the Rotherham game that the Rs would show resilience if under pressure and of course they caved in after a good start. Today after an excellent start and then conceding a goal and having Seny sent off we showed terrific resilience. You can always rely on the Rs to be inconsistent!

It has to be said that Boro weren't great and even when we were down to 10 men they didn't make the most of the advantage, although Joe Lumley did make a couple of crucial stops.

Dykes, Willock and Chair were excellent, the latter two looking as if they'd benefitted from the midweek rest. I think the experiment of Albert at wing back wasn't a success. His positioning often poor, but he does give us plenty going forward. Thomas started well but seemed to fade out of the game as he had done midweek.

MotM - maybe Lumley, or if that doesn't seem deserved for half an hour's work, them Willock.
