Quick one I’ve asked before but now he’s gone I may get somebody filling me in. Dieng…… bit of a party boy and Charlie Big Potatoes is he? Would he be centre of our dressing room disharmony last season and is he one Chris Martin may have referred to as needing to look at their application???????

I don’t know about dressing room disharmony etc but yeh from what you hear the balance between footballer and footballer lifestyle had a bit out of whack there and I suspect he was one of several in Martin’s sights with that comment.

Yes let's hope so. If there was a sell on clause it would make it an even better deal financially. But like you and it seems those 2 Boro fans so far, I thought Dieng was a good Keeper, looks better than Becovic so far especially control of his box and distribution wise, but early days.
From the highlights and the fans' reports they have some of the same issues as us, not being able to finish from good chances created and struggling in midfield to press other teams enough. However, it also sounds like they may be solving that with their loan signings, unlike us, because of our financial constraints. Hopefully the two new signings won't hit the ground running or they won't have a Watford-like stellar day where everything goes in.

Not to throw gasoline on a fire but I think its a catholic /protestant thing. In ROI its always Smith 100% of the time just like its spelled . In NI its spelled Smyth if I am up to date so probably all over the UK its the y is highlighted instead of the i . Getting back to the video I did enjoy you setting it up beautifully to regular folks why we are crushed financially and surviving this year the ultimate goal. Maybe Chair is too small in some clubs eyes to make a big difference in their teams but we know he has the heart to contribute .Of course he will have to give up the ball much quicker if he is moved on IMO.
