Except when we give the ball away in our own half. Came back into the game and threatened, but nearly every cross is easily dealt with. Let's hope for a better second half up front

Possession was 70% Rs towards the end of that half. Unless Bolton come out looking like a different team I reckon the only way they'll win is if we make some stupid mistake at the back.

On the other hand, even though we've put in loads of crosses, they don't seem to be troubling their defence at all.

Traore for Dunne and Hill into the middle. Dunne on a yellow with quick forwards scares the hell out of me. Will get a red if he stays IMO.

But to be fair, Simpson's crosses have not looked like producing anything in the middle - not his fault maybe.

Most dangerous asset we've got at the moment is AJ if he can turn their defence without being offside.

Yeah I agree. Worry about Barton being booked too, he's always good for a second yellow.

Edit: to add, Traore would have a field day going forward against this lot, and surely his delivery is better than what we've seen so far.

Barton and Henry are up against it here, as Boltons midfield are very narrow. Thus both have done pretty well.

Green has been solid also.

SWP has been industrious and seeing alot of the ball but just cant quite execute the final ball , and i cant help but think Hoillet would have been the difference in that first half.

We need to somehow utilize the space down the flanks better.

Traore on for Dunne would help methinks.(as mentioned above)
