Perhaps some will suggest that's unnecessarily alarming way of looking at our current plight, but I'd argue that looking at the Conference itself, you'll find a coterie of ex-league clubs making up the numbers. I fear of we go down, we could really struggle, and we risk being sucked into a battle to the death for our league status -- the one thing RAFC cherishes above all else (rightly obviously). I don't want to see Eyre sacked, becuase I don't think managers in English football are generally given enough time to develop squads.
