We need at least a draw to get things going again so I'd take a 1-2 win.

Might be just me but I don’t have a clue what position Daniel Bennie is.

He’s came on as sub and played all over the place

I think he plays at left back for Australia under 20's He was definitely listed as a defender in their squad.

I think the 64 million dollar question is who will play up front. Hopefully Frey has recovered. If not, then I would go for Alfie Lloyd for his nuisance factor.

The subs are unbalanced. We don't need 3 defenders and 3 more attacking midfielders on the bench (I.e. Dembele, Madsen and Andersen). Keep Bennie on the bench because he is a striker, then select 2 defenders, 2 defensive midfielders, 2 attacking midfielders and 1 other striker.

Where's Marco Ramkilde when you need him ?

Lord Ramkilde actually went back to Denmark and played some games in the top league after leaving us. Now in the danish 2nd division and scoring goals.

Him and JET two of Ferdinand’s best deals.

This will just be the standard expected away defeat.

Ramkilde was a free transfer, on an 18 month deal and low wages - a long shot.

Right now we would absolutely kill for Madsen to be even one of those 3 things.

His agent Mikkel Beck (yes, that Mikkel Beck) naively discussed it with Danish news back then that they had hoped for a short terms expenses deal and so were ecstatic when Ferdinand came back with a longer term deal on professional money.

Anyone have a recommended away-friendly pub? An hour away now.

Meeting master Nix in two hours at the ground. Walking there from my Travelodge up the road. Hope his train journey less hassle than my one: broken down train in Newcastle because obviously.

However can’t really complain at a very sunny weekend including a day at the beach at Tynemouth which I recommend to anyone who hasn’t been. It the weather’s good it’s gorgeous.

We won last time we went to an away game together- up here again when Dozzell scored. I’d be thrilled with a 0-2 away win but satisfied, given we haven’t got a striker and they haven’t got a defender, with a 1-1 draw.

Should anyone be looking we’ve ended up in Liquor Vaults by the station. £3 pints, a wake, DJ and karaoke. Might sod the game off.

Surprised that Yang plays ahead of Smyth but j really do think Smyth is carrying an injury and has been since Coventry

I'd be starting Dembele over Yang

No Lloyd on the bench so obviously his groin isn't up to it. Totally reliant on Frey, who's not 100% apparently. Great!

Never knowingly right.

We'd better score in the first 70 minutes, then

Nice to see Marti read the match report, and has duly responded by naming all seven dwarfs in the squad.

Watch to see if they target Frey, I would.
