Blimey if that is a penalty you should be giving 3 or 4 a game. He runs across Colback. Someone dragging a player to the ground is a foul. Someone running across your legs, whose not even part of the passage of play on an unintentional collision is stretching the fabric. I think I would have said the same had it been a penalty to us. I think, as much as I hate it, that VAR would have seen that as a clear and obvious error. Difficult to know if the Furlong elbow was intentional on a TV replay? We really should have got a point out of this.

First time I’ve seen the highlights. Never a penalty and Saito’s miss not as easy a chance as some are making out. Yes we should have taken the game more to 10 men but from the meagre highlights this was an away game against a top six side where we had a depleted first XI but were still unlucky to come away pointless. Yet still the chicken-lickens come out for a cluck.

Thought we played a lot of good football at times especially 1st half. Similar to SU we looked the better team except importantly in and around both the penalty areas.

We weren't unlucky. We shilly-shallied around and had one effort on target in 98 minutes.

It's interesting that those fouls at corners don't seem to be given as pens yet the contact from Colback was much less, was given. Maybe it wouldn't have been given if it had been from a corner.
