Goalkeepers' 8 seconds 16:42 - Mar 2 with 234 views

Just read that from next season, that a corner will be awarded if a keeper holds on to the ball for over 8 seconds.
Has this been mooted before or have I been half asleep ? Doesn't take much these days.
