That is sad news and respects to the family

I spoke with him a few times pre match back in the day when that usual hang around outside the ClubShop for tickets thing used to happen
Said to him “blimey, you look like an upside down triangle!” (Man was broad shouldered) and he shot me back “ At least I’m not square man”

RIP

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

He was a bodybuilder, if I remember rightly, and so was Les.

Hence the huge calfs and the massive leap.

Ahh sorry to hear this. Saw him in the Loft a lot and had mutual friends. Some of the shìt he had to hear when Les was coming through fùcking embarrassed me.

I hope he wasn't there at Leicester away (?) when half the away crowd chanted 'fck off Les Ferdinand'

Probably my saddest away experience.

I seem to recall that his dad played a big part in Les becoming less injury prone by spending a close season with him in the gym. Les came back noticeably more muscular looking and was a lot more robust.
RIP Austin.
