I’m driving to Coventry via the A14 corridor from Stowmarket on Tuesday and I am only picking up losethe drum, which means I shall have 5 seats spare if anyone would like a lift there and back. I can divert off the A14 to pick someone from a reasonable distance if required. Only a contribution towards the diesel costs will suffice. Send me a pm if you’re interested.TIA.

Me neither but it’s common now- I assume we do the same thing.
For the home club I guess it gives them a clear idea of numbers for stewarding and catering. Also means they know exactly who has booked tickets should anything untoward occur. All a bit of an unnecessary faff for a game somebody could in theory finish work at five and decide they fancy it and get up there but making things easy for football supporters will never catch on.

Yeah but they're not going to get a massive number of walk ups are they? It's not a top of the table clash or a relegation/promotion decider - in which case it will be all ticket anyway. And it's a Tuesday night!
