If that is the case the £35m over 3 years is applied. It is less than this if there is not investment. They got £10m for McGuinness and pay for the player over 3-5 years with very little up front. They might be able to agree this deal by giving the Swedes an healthy sell on clause. |  |

41m but Tan has obviously been including investment as commercial revenue to an extent. We can’t see his books only his declarations which this year will reveal more. | |
