Honourable mention to Ray Wilkins debut at Selhurst park in 89. Him and Peter Reid bossing the midfield, while Andy Sinton ran riot

Charlton away in 1981 I think - Burridge's save when he changed direction in mid-air.

A cracking game vs Spurs at home in 1985 which ended 2-2, Bannister heading the equaliser.

Others mentioned already -

3-1 vs West Ham in the 1988 cup - Pizanti goal

1-0 vs Palace in the 1982 QF - everyone went mental

0-3 vs WHam in 1987 - first view of Parker, Dennis etc and the 5-2-1-2 formation under Jim Smith that immediately clicked.

2-0 vs Arsenal in 1987 - Paul Parker marked Charlie Nicholas out of the game, effectively ended his Arsenal career.

6-1 v Millwall -26th March 1966 - the dawn of the Rodney Marsh era.

Millwall ended season in 2nd place, QPR in 3rd.

Chelsea away Sean Wright Philip's goal, such joy (though not from him the little...)
Chelsea home, 1-0 the John Terry racist night, greatest ever performance by us, the crowd. Never known an atmosphere as intense or hostile anywhere. More joy.

Why is virtually no footage of either of those two 1-0 wins (The Helguson goal and the SWP goal) v Chelsea???

You can find all sorts of games on youtube in 70's, 80's nd 90's. But try looking for these 2 games from just over 10 years ago.... Nothing!!

Is there anywhere these hi-lights can be found?

6-0 at home to Chelsea obvs.

Away was the game at Waaaaaaaaal in 2019 where we went one up, they equalised and we went back down the other end and scored immediately afterwards.

You can hear the Waaaaaaal stop as their keeper gnarls it up.

It's always noisiest at the shallow end

Can I give a shout out to a 3-0 against Palace at Selhurst. Ray Wilkins and Peter Reid (I think it was one of only 3 games they played together for us) ran the show. Palace were lucky to get nil.

Of course I remember the other classics, but my personal favourite is the 4-1 against Tottenham. And that Michael Nyman celebration of Stan to go with it

Best away three nil at Palace - Wilkins first game.

Honourable mention first game of season away at Arsenal - think we scored around 15 minutes - almost held on - Merson equalised in 89th minute.

Best home 4 - 1 v Spurs, four goal second half when all South Africa Road along with all rangers fans stunned.

Honourable mention two nil Fa Cup win over Arsenal in torrential rain !!!

Crikey forgot blimey how could I- new years day 1992 - Dennis Bailey Hallelujah 4 - 1 at Old Trafford v the not so mighty reds !!

Clive Allen getting a late winner at the Loft End against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup QF in 1982 and the carnage afterwards will stay with me forever. I was only a young lad and thought wow I love this place.

Away from home Michael Robinson from the halfway line in 1986 and giving it to all my Chelsea mates at school the next day.

That Palace game is a good call. I was 12 and in the paddock seats with my dad quite near the away end.

They had been giving Allen pelters all game and when he ran down to their end to taunt them after scoring they did not like it at all. The last few mins featured several attempts at pitch invasions and menacing chants about us getting our "fcuking heads kicked in".

Being in the paddock seating it was fairly quick getting out at the end. I distinctly recall on the car radio on the way home the reporter talking about both sets of fans invading the pitch at the end and being "quite happy to kick the hell out of each other".

the 4-2 v chelsh*te was amazing ... Falcos goal at the loft end was superb...

2 - 0 v Arsenal in the Cup was a great atmosphere...

Couple of a curve balls...

2 - 1 Palace away 2010-2011 season ...Helgusun getting the winner in injury time and the immediate celebrations were on another level.

Birchams injury time winner at Brentford in the season we made the League 1 playoffs was another amazing goal celebration.

I'm not sure if any of these have been mentioned

1978-79 Scum 1 Rrrrs 3
Goddard, Busby and Roeder

1979-80 Scum 0 Rrrrs 2
Busby and a late clincher from Steve Burke.

1982-83 Scum 0 Rrrrs 2
Gregory and Sealey on the run in to our 2nd Division Title.

2009-10 Palace 0 Rrrrs 2
Buzsaky whacked one in early on and Gorks scored in the second half. Colin's return to Palace. They didn't know whether to cry or applaud. Another vital win to lift us away from the relegation zone.

Numpty, in case you had forgotten, Old Trafford is in Manchester, about 200 miles North of London.

I know they have a lot of London based armchair fans and are no.2 on the hate list for a lot around our manor, but, it couldn't really be considered a derby.

Unless, someone in the Murdoch empire has baptised it as the M40/M42/M6/M60 derby.🤔😁
