Where on earth is he? I thought he was due back earlier this month.

Its the mileage. healin takes longer. not sure if we need him that much anyway. tough and experienced for sure but was half crippled when we signed him so 50/50 if we see him more than 3 to 5 games i think. I ve personally signed him off.

We’re fortunate Field is almost always available as we could certainly have done with him today.

His continued absence is very frustrating. His tenacity and know-how was needed in the latter stages of today's match as the team tried to hang on to all 3 points.

I think Marti said he'd had another setback. That was a week or so ago though.

Not with that complexion. Moscow maybe.

Hmmm. Two years in a row we've been told there's not much wrong and he'll be back soon but he's mysteriously fcked off for Christmas and NY.

Clearly states here he would be back in November!

https://www.qpr.co.uk/news/2024/november/20/medical-injury-update-/

It’s an absolute joke. Not sure the bloke has ever been available for more than 5 or 6 games in a row. More spin from the club. So clearly won’t be back for Watford and Luton games. Utter ridiculous.

I don't understand how people recovering from injuries have setbacks.

Science can very accurately treat injuries and timescales are easier to predict but setbacks happen if the advice and treatment is not carried out correctly. Suggests picking up a twinge during a coaching session.

I swear these performance specialists are wannabe estate agents ie it's all just total BS !!!

Worse than it's ever been but 60k to 100k per annum for the injury specialists !!

Well worth their money !!

One thing I don't like is cover ups and the other one is fk ups. Performance science, my a**e !!!

What a waste of a lot of dosh...

I guess there will be a coffee club next to the performance and injury recovery centre in Dubai shortly….

It’s hardly that the guy has been overloaded with work recently and he should be used to colder weather - maybe it’s just that time of year when Danish Jesus needs to see one of the Kings - the one with the Gold (souk).

Those possessed by devils, try and keep them under control a bit, can't you ?

They are going to have to update the injury update on a weekly basis soon.

I can only hope that it results in some half decent loan coverage or a decent championship ready signing(s) that fits into the ‘game model’ with immediate effect.

Or maybe use someone from the bench that can run, tackle, pass to a teammate and close people down just as efficiently. Not many people seem to like EDB coming back but I think he could do what Anderson did yesterday but with younger legs and lungs.

Needs to go end of season. Don’t care if he comes back and does well. We need to have players who can stay fit.

According to one poster Colabck, as well as Cook, have the option on their side to extend their contracts for a further year. I think that's very unusual if true as an extra year option is normally the club's decision.

He's 35 years old.

And as soon as he's back he'll get suspended anyway.

Poll: How old is everyone on here?
