Smyth’s goal gets better every time I watch it. Yeah the GK shat the bed….but Smyth’s pace and composure are fantastic! 7 points from 9 in a tough 3 game week. Well done to the lads, Marti and everybody involved. Can’t wait for next Saturday. COYRs!!!!!

Agree on the Smyth goal. Not only is the pace good but the timing, decision making and vision are impeccable. He gets any one of those slightly wrong and the ball goes wide or it gets cut off by one of the 3 defenders chasing back. Goal of the season without a shadow of doubt.

Take a look at the way the ball bounces just in the front of the goal line - dead centre! Astonishing accuracy. Maybe he took up my suggestion of getting in some more shooting practice.
