I wondered about this as I walked down to Rivercourt Road before the Stokegame to have a look. There was no signage about any restrictions and a constant stream of cars turning into the road. There are also parking meters down there for Joe Public, which I guess will become defunct once the LTN starts. |  |

When it eventually comes to pass, it'll be two way instead of one way as is.
I've noticed that the residents only streets are exclusively high council tax band streets.
The 'erberts in the more down-at-heel streets have convoys.
