When we knocked them over last season, I was round my mate's house, who is a HUGE Leeds fan, and has a HUGE mouth to go with it - they were going up, we were tin pot, couldn't wait etc etc
I took a picture of him after each goal
1st picture, the facial expression was a bit like 'that's weird, they've scored' 2nd picture was more like 'oh feck' 3rd picture was the middle finger 4th picture just had a blanket over his head
It was one of the best days of my life.
Leeds 2-0

One goal in the last four games and that was an own goal. Sigh...
"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

The thing is, what do we do now? There is no way this squad is escaping relegation. I'm at a loss. Whatever we do, it will be too little too late. There is no way back this season. The damage has been done.
Don't think there is anything we can do, with the current incumbents on and off the pitch. We are just going to have suck it up and start praying for next season in L1.It won't be losing to Leeds or Boro that does for us...it is the inability to compete with anyone in this league.I have never been so downbeat about QPR and their fortunes( some may find that hard to believe) - either short, medium or long term. We look like a club that hasn't reached rock bottom yet either.

Try as hard as we can to stay up this season, get any new players in until the end of the season only and prepare the kids for League One.

I love Sinton but is he on a positivity bonus or some shit?? Saying 'we know what we need to do over the international break' - yeh mate, collective hara kiri. That's the only thing that would sort out our current playing squad
I do find something very soothing about listening to Sinton. He's like an old school preacher from the American Deep South.

Damo I'm just going to ask you this - did you watch that game?

‘Only’ 2-0 but a lot of that was pretty embarrassing.
McNally on SSN very critical of Celar and that chance he had . He also said we won’t score in a million years . How damning is that? He’s also completely correct.
We dug in and defended but we didn’t play any football at all. And both goals were pathetic anyway.

You seem quite knowledgeable but you cannot, Shirley, have getting a result at leads with this available squad as the final straw?
Unless you know something that doesn't make sense. A tonking against Stoke I'd predict.
I certainly wouldn't be sacking MC. He's on a new long term contract and would be expensive to sack. IMO he stays, no matter what. He can then try to get us promoted back to the Champ next season (unless he resigns in the meantime when he realises he's not going to get sacked no matter what happens). Sacking MC will achieve absolutely nothing - it'll just cost lots of £££ and make us less well equipped to go for promotion to the Champ next season.
I would, however, be firing Nourry, Belk and Hoos this evening

The Warrior is on then. Good for us
I think I saw him make a tackle. This game.

We can change the manager I guess, it won't make an iota of difference IMHO.
Last year we were useless without Chair and JCS and now we are without Chair, JCS, Colback, Frey, Dembele, Paal - 5 players that make us materially better. Add to that Anderson, Cook and Fox seem to be really showing their age. Dunne's never been anything other than 3rd or 4th choice centre back and other than Field no other players have played at any decent level. It's not really a surprise.
Dont get me wrong I think the manager, in the situation and under the pressure we are, is making poor decisions as well. Last year Marti won us games, tactically and with Subs this season, I dont think he's cost us to many but he aint winning us any either.
Serious questions need to be asked of the fitness team, barely any of these are impact injuries

Correct - he also opened them up twice and would have been 3 times if Smyth had made the run he should off. There is a player there but we have to set up in the right way to get the most out of him as we did at Sunderland

Sure, but he had that great play where he got the ball and then passed it. Not many other Premier League players could have done that

Same as we did the other two, come out worse.
It's being so happy that keeps me going.

As bad as his overall game has been he does know what he’s doing with the ball at his feet.. and a bit of time!
He and Dembele were never brought in with a mind to defending in any form. Dangerous approach in this Division, really needed Hayden to get anywhere near giving either of those a chance to play their best game. Turned out lethal with Colback missing and only Field at CDM.
Hayden should have been the first signing and only then chance your arm on these type of players. We gambled and failed.
