We’ve been getting away with it for seasons now, said it would have been better to drop two years ago.

If it means we just get beat week after week but by a different set of teams, so be it. We’ve found it impossible to rebuild in the Championship over 10 years, it’s too much of a grind to risk any meaningful transition.

League One, League Two, somewhere it’ll eventually turn round, but not in this Division.

Good points, fundamentally we are a 2nd tier side based on our history of the last 50 years, but we are now at a point where we can't keep pace in the 2nd tier, it has been that way since Warburton left. He found a way to push us on to sort of mid table, I know there was all this no plan b stuff and money wasted on a top 6 push, but we were competitive and the team had focus. Now for the last 3 seasons we look beat, recruitment is bizarre, we are a bit like Ipswich of a few seasons back just not at the races and able to hold our own at this level. I have prepared myself for Northampton Town away next season.
