You made the error of logging in when more than four other people were logging in on a website designed for exactly four people. Giving money to QPR to watch another drab away defeat is somehow one of the great complex issues of modern times.

Given you’ve got plenty of points I’d probably just fire an email over and they tend to sort it quickly.

I managed to purchase but it is a real faff with lots of trial and error, taking about 20 mins. Silly example: inadvertantly click on the card start date drop down; realise card doesn't have one; impossible to get rid of the default start date; have to cancel purchase and start again. And that's just one of about four gotchas. Then pay £3.50 booking fee.

Maybe I'm just lucky but I never have any issues buying tickets online.
