How many long balls has he won? Zero
How many crosses has been on the end of? One or two
How many times has he ran into a channel and extended the pitch? Zero
How many touches has he had in the box?
Frey doesn’t score much either but he makes an impact |
Doubt either of our strikers are really up to Championship standard at the end of the day. Effort, while admirable and the least we should expect... isn't going to solve our scoring woes. Same goes for most of these players. At least we seem to be making our opponents work for anything they get - that hasn't been the case in previous matches this season. We would’ve all taken the point at the start but given we played against 10 for 30 mins that feels like two points dropped
We’ve scored 11 this season in 13 compared to 47 in 46 (so goal scoring has been an issue)….

We haven't looked dangerous all season. Given our propensity for losing to teams we should have a chance of beating...means we ain't getting out of the bottom three any time soon. I've stopped watching us TBH, as we are eye meltingly bad. Stopping two of the better teams in this turgid league from scoring against us in consecutive games...is the only positive in a bleak season so far.
