And for my next trick – Fans Forum 12:38 - Oct 1 with 5609 views | Northernr | Minutes here. Probably riddled with typos but I haven't had much sleep and I'm running out of time. And for my next trick – Fans Forum 1st Oct 2024 12:31The annual QPR Fans Forum took place at Loftus Road on Monday evening with CEO Christian Nourry using the opportunity to make several crowd-pleasing announcements. 4

And for my next trick – Fans Forum on 14:14 - Oct 1 with 4888 views | daveB | It was expertly done by Nourry making sure they answered what they wanted to. I'd have liked to hear more about the recruitment team and what responsibilities they have, safe standing expanding in stan bowles stand and the price of a beer was glossed over a bit, doesn't matter if its estrella or san miguel £7.25 a pint is taking the piss The idea of hiring the boxes out during the week for office work was a good one and long overdue
And for my next trick – Fans Forum on 14:28 - Oct 1 with 4759 views | BrianMcCarthy | I'd absolutely love to work in one of the boxes. Not sure I'd get much work done, though: there'd be a lot of daydreaming.

And for my next trick – Fans Forum on 14:50 - Oct 1 with 4616 views | PlanetHonneywood | The thing about Nourry, he does read like a man leading with a plan. I feel more confident with him at the helm than his many predecessors who seemed to lead with excuses! I can live with the contract silence, my life isn't affected by it! However, while he places great store on it, I dont! I'm an agent, I'm representing my client and fettering my ability to talk to clubs when my client has 12-18 months on their contract ain't happening! Thanks and well done Clive for getting this out so quicly. [Post edited 1 Oct 14:52]

And for my next trick – Fans Forum on 15:56 - Oct 1 with 4197 views | SimonD | Rather pointless blanking of the FFP question considering it is detailed in the accounts. The non-current liabilities in the May 2023 accounts show: Greater than 1 year FFP Settlement £8,500 (k) So after last season's payment of £1.7m the club had paid half of the fine. Edit: I got my years confused! [Post edited 1 Oct 16:43]

And for my next trick – Fans Forum on 16:00 - Oct 1 with 4177 views | BristolR | Many thanks Clive, as others have said, a great summary in a really busy 3 game week , top marks! And am I the only one to giggle at the term “hot button item”, surely this is a porno reference wrapped in corporate speak. Like circling back, or blowing off. Anyways, top work as ever

Problems can occur when your default answer is 'can't tell you that...'.
And for my next trick – Fans Forum on 16:20 - Oct 1 with 4005 views | Wilkinswatercarrier | Thanks for this, really appreciated. I know some are not warm to Nourry, but to me he just comes across as someone who is very much focused on delivering the clubs plan.
And for my next trick – Fans Forum on 16:35 - Oct 1 with 3877 views | cpgerber | On the issue of keeping contract lengths secret, you have to pardon Portsmouth for announcing Dozzell only for a year. If QPR had announced a signing with such a track record and history for unknown length, we would all be in panic. Announcing "only for a year and we'll see how it goes" will at least put a few minds to rest that they haven't bought into a Taylor Richards situation here.

Yes but I doubt much revenue will generated from last nights 'announcement', I was left wondering if it is costed at 'per person' 'per day' can you conduct interviews or would all the candidates need to 'pay as though they 'worked' a full day? He also mentioned that the stadium doesn't get a lot of natural light in winter, I would maybe have phrased that a little differently given the glowing sales pitch. To many questions to announce it in the way they did. I think it was a guff to fill time. Did CN need a fag break? And I lost my fiver over the water in the ladies toilets. [Post edited 1 Oct 17:27]

And for my next trick – Fans Forum on 19:46 - Oct 1 with 3107 views | GroveR | Cheers Norf, taking one for the team. When he says "In central London you can buy the cheapest ticket to a football match in the top two divisions here at QPR" there's a reason for that, and not a good one. Due to Nourry's close-mouthedness, I've also now got it into my head that "Triallist B" and the "six foot 18 year old" are one and the same.
And for my next trick – Fans Forum on 19:52 - Oct 1 with 3096 views | FDC | Heroic work, much appreciated. "....from 8 years old to Steve Cook" did make me laugh, can imagine Steve feeling a bit hard done by there!
