Where did you see that Connell?
I’ve just looked at website and it just announces the date and says “ticket details will be announced imminently.”

Even if it's not a sellout it should do better than 10k.

Is it? Think it’s about right. If I was picking between that and a midweek against Hull for £33 or whatever it is now a couple of weeks later I’d be doing the Palace game.

Think it’ll be close to full. Can’t remember the crowd for Everton a few years ago but it felt like it was rocking.

Or how about they priced it correctly and people could do both .

I'm sure Everton was about 12k

Just think £19 plus booking fee is expensive

Well yes obviously but in the context of it being 2024 where everything is horrifically expensive and any form of ‘entertainment’ particularly so I’m happy to pay £22.50 for this. £41.50 including the booking fee for Sheff U, £35.50 for Luton etc. I paid £37.50 to visit a zoo yesterday (was a good zoo but still), £16 for a Conference South game recently. Don’t get me started on the price of actually getting to any of these things.

It’s mad relative to the disposable income of the average wage earner I agree but less mad to me than those examples. Also Palace would have had some say in it I believe.

Link posted in the thread says this:

Season ticket holders not on this scheme have until 5pm on Friday 6th September to claim their own seat. Please note that after this date, unclaimed season seats will be released for general sale and season ticket holders will then not be guaranteed their own seat.

"Remember to listen to me but look at her. Don't get it the wrong way round. That would be hideous."

I think the pricing is good, but unfortunately I won't make this or the Millwall match as I'm having my gallbladder removed on the 16th, but I should be home to watch our two victories on Sky!

I probably can’t make it anyway but £25 for Palace? Nah. I don’t care how long they’ve been in the PL for, it’s hardly prestige.

£22.50

Think the pricing is very fair by way of comparison these days.

It's our first opportunity since I have no idea when we last successfully navigated three rounds in one cup competition.

It's a home tie against a local opponent from the premier league who have played some very decent football of late and their star player is someone who has been one if our better ballers in the last twenty years.

I was expecting £25 to £30 tbh.

Think Palace will fill their allocation and can see it being at least 16500 probably more...

When we played Sunderland in Carabao Cup who not in Premier league and are a million miles away from Loftus road, the attendance was 15 322.

So yes it will be way over 10 000.

£22.50

Via the link above it says £25 then there will be an extra £3.50 for doing nothing so it’s just shy of £30.

Ok

I was looking at price for season ticket holders which is a fair price

If it's a one off visit I would not grumble
