Paul Hall Gone on 18:02 - Jul 2 with 6426 views | ed_83 | Seems like a lovely guy and a good coach, but I think a top-to-bottom refresh was always on the cards when Nourry came in, given we’ve not produced enough young talent recently. Will be very interesting to see who we bring in, and what changes as a result.

What was the evidence he was a good coach again?

Paul Hall Gone on 18:30 - Jul 2 with 6101 views | Rangersw12 | Good luck to him and he's given decent service staying at the club for 11 years but we've badly needed changes behind the scenes for a while so I see this as good news

If you drain a swamp, aren't you just left with a lot of dead frogs lying around in a wasteland of stagnant mud, like a more upmarket version of Stamford Bridge? Sorry, that may be my Wetland Trust membership kicking in. Also: still wrong thread.

Paul Hall Gone on 19:48 - Jul 2 with 5691 views | Monkey_Roots | This off-season has been just what the club needed IMO. Many, many players who aren’t pushing for 1st team/step up are released. Staff are moved on. The old regime is being phased out, this hopefully means that the sickness and malaise that has festered here for years, could be about to go along with them. I always remember my old man saying to me 10,15, 20 years ago… ‘there’s something wrong with this club…’ This has been so positive, I hope it translates to success on the pitch, but ultimately gives our club a secure and prosperous future to operate in. Love it.

Paul Hall Gone on 20:46 - Jul 2 with 5411 views | rbee | Good luck to both Paul and Gavin fine servants to our club. But I am with Monkey, it's good to see changes on the coaching team and fringe players being moved on.

Paul Hall Gone on 21:48 - Jul 2 with 5088 views | TacticalR | LFW did an interview with him a couple of years ago where he explained what the club was doing with the youth system at the time. Paul Hall — Patreon 28th Mar 2022 09:49Paul Hall is a man wearing many hats, and LFW caught up with him to talk development of our academy players, the importance (or otherwise) of results in youth team matches, who the 'next Eze' might be, and his new gig as manager of the Jamaica national team. 6
