This has been broached before, but I was in the pub on me Jack Jones earlier so got to read an article in the paper on Sainthood.
Candidates are first declared a Servant Of God. Next step - Venerable. When they perform their first miracle, they are beatified and declared Blessed.
When they perform another miracle , they are Canonised and made a Saint.
So, just the one miracle to go then !
