It's usually hard to know whether individual coaches are good or not as we don't know who does what, but we do know that Calm is in charge of the defending and we're hugely improved in that, so well done to him.

That's definitely what I'm seeing mate , I think we have massively improved in defence since Mr Calm has turned up.

Thanks for posting this. Yes, Calm did stress the mental side of the game several times.
Given we don't score many goals, it could be argued our defence is winning us games, not to mention scoring a few important goals recently. As the defensive coach, I think Calm's work should be acknowledged a bit more.
