Such a muggy club

Been fcukd like a dockside crack whore for decades.

Just put a bullet in the place now, far kinder than the death of a thousand cuts we've all experienced for the last numerous years.

Shameful.

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

Just so predictable… if you need your first win for 6 months, or haven’t scored for 2 years, play us, we’ll sort it for you.

Benevolent Park Rangers gifting Stoke a much needed three points.

How stupid am I ? At the beginning of the day I said that I didn't expect to see Benevolent Park Rangers again. I also said that i expected us to be more consistent.

Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.

Where was the team that played on Saturday? Where was our new sparkling midfield? Where were all these leaders that Marti talked about.

I fully expected us to start the game tonight like a team whose shorts had been lined with Deep Heat. What we actually got was a team that had been puffing on a pre match spliff.

Speechless.

Clive was right all along, this team is rotten to the core, pick any eleven and it won't make any difference.

Andy Sinton talking about fine margins at the end of the game but really it is miles. We are reaping what we sow.

I can’t believe people are surprised by tonight’s performance
We can’t beat Huddersfield, Sheff wed, Plymouth, Millwall (away) and now Stoke
That’s 5 chances we have had to get out of this and we bottled every single one of those games
As Lblock has said just stick a bullet in us

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore

Yep, terrible subs as well. No pace at end with Armstrong and Smith off. We created zero 2nd half. And once behind it was game over.

Why oh why is it like this.
Where is the fight.

The Potters' had won just two of their previous 17 league matches.

They can repeat that form until the end of the season and still be safe.

I have been sounding the alarm that we have had several opportunities to plug the three points on Huddersfield for weeks and failed each time. Now we are 5 points behind them. I also mentioned the nasty habit of conceding goals either side of half time is still there and never seems to go away. The poorer the opponent the worse we play. Stoke now added to Sheffield, Millwall and Huddersfield beating us with Rotherham getting a draw off us.

We need Wall to lose every game and/or some teams being deducted points.
Ah, we still wouldn't make it.

Armstrong was off it tonight and Smyth missed our best chances. And pace isn’t much use when you’re a goal behind and the other team put 11 men behind the ball.

It was a mistake starting Smyth ahead of Willock but this is deck chairs on the titanic again.

I agree with you about Willock but tonight I was pleased to see Smyth in the starting 11 because it was an indication that we were going to continue where we left off on Saturday, start on the front foot and really take the game to a demoralised Stoke City.

Wrong!

I prefer Smyth as an impact sub, he rarely plays well when starting games. It’s a shame as I would’ve fancied Willock to bury one of those first half chances that Smyth had.

In hindsight Dykes may have been preferable to start up front. Easy to say now though.

To many players off it, Chair left his brain at home, Cannon playing injured, Paal's worst game for us, Sinc's being quite frankly a bit of a tw@t, Begovic brainfarts, all on the same night was to much.

Manager does take a portion on this occasion, watched it all start to unfold and didn't make a change at HT.

Really thought we had hit rock bottom, I was wrong.

Don't home in on tonight -- this malaise has been stinking up the gaff for decades

The place is ripe to be the next Bury.

Yet again we will go down a level just when the TV money ramps up a notch and get left behind again.

Sad state of affairs when you are on the verge of hating what was a lifelong passion and love... never felt so far away from it and edging ever further over the horizon

Their first home win since October and it had to be against us.They all played like they’d never seen each other before 7.45 tonight.A couple of 1/2 chances and the home crowd were getting restless.S we let them build up a head of steam from 30 minutes in,and that resulted in another goal conceded from a corner.
What followed was gutless and clueless. How much worse can it get?
