Thought Newcastle were excellent.

Apart from Pritchard, who's quality, Sunderland were so so poor. A kind of joy to see Beale teaching his players to play out from the back at snail's pace against one of the highest pressing side in the Premiership. Second goal for Newcastle was fabulous. Put on a plate from 8 yards out.

Well done Newcastle 3-0 and Sunderland with a few moments of being okay but just being awful for most of it. Clarke put in his place all game and dispossessed at will.

Never knowingly right.

The difference in ability between the teams was huge.

On the subject of the FA Cup, congratulations to Maidstone on reaching the 4th round. Hopefully they will get a tie that they can make real money from next.

Bit of a relief to see Beale put in his place. Could see him lapping up the attention this week and if they’d won he’d have been unbearable.

I know it’s better to move on but I really hope he crashes and burns at Sunderland to put another nail in his managerial coffin.

Non event from what I saw. The gap in ability was a chasm. Like to see Newcastle finally win a trophy TBH. Might make watching any more FA Cup matches worthwhile.

What I can’t understand is teams like Sunderland trying to play out the back
Everytime they did they added pressure on themselves because A /they don’t have the players for it and B /your trying to do it against international players who see this week in and week out in the premier league
They would have been better off being direct and physical

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore

Fckin ridiculously poor performance. Terrible. It was completely inevitable that we would give up the lead. Pathetic. I’m fckin sick of watching this sht week in week out.

You can say the same for us and the Cherries there Damo1962 the gap in ability is like the grand canyon after that second half.
They had big stars sitting at home but once they got going (we helped then of course )they made us look like part time players .
Relentless pressure and highlighting our weekness down the left basically led to 3 goals which was driven home at half time I bet .

Prem quality rarely fails Clareman. A team with a bit more ability and belief than us, may have managed to hold out. Bournemouth could have really have rubbed our noses in it as well, but once they were ahead... they knew the job was done.
