That one word "ambition" or the lack of is the catalyst of our problems, yes they talk about having the funds , the where withal to improve the Club yadi da but really, We're in a darker place now than we have been since 2002 and this with so called successful business and sports experts . | |

I agree with most of that but we are not a managerial graveyard. The opposite in fact as other teams can clearly see when we have appointed a gem and they tend to go for them.
Sadly our owners would not recognise, or support, progress if t hit then over the head with a mallet.

It was disastrous for Martin who had fallen out with TWO of his three forwards. Patterson and Obafemi. Whitaker was sent back but he had issues with him as well.
Martin like lots of signing to obscure his fairings as a coach. When he got his head down and used whet he had he got better results. He had enough good player to get top six.
